We offer 6-person equipment classes, private sessions, and semi-private sessions.
Every class/session is tailored to each client’s needs to create a supportive environment for learning and practice.
We’re conveniently located two blocks from the Grove Street PATH and seven blocks from the Jersey Avenue Light Rail.

What Is Pilates?
Pilates is a low-impact, full-body exercise method that focuses on strength, flexibility, posture, and controlled movement. It emphasizes core stability while supporting balanced muscle development and improved mobility.
Developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, the method uses precise, mindful movements to build long, lean muscles without bulk. Pilates enhances strength, coordination, and body awareness, while supporting overall health, injury prevention, and a more efficient way of moving.
When booking:
The Intro to Equipment Class is a pre-requisite for all beginner level classes.
Please bring socks and water to class. We recommend non-slip socks for your safety.
Doors open 5 minutes before the class start time.
Please be on time, late arrivals more than 5 minutes late may be turned away.
I’ve been taking the intermediate reformer Pilates class at Project Pilates for two years, and it continues to be one of the best parts of my weekly routine. The instructor expertise here is incredible — the helpful corrections and personalized guidance make such a difference. With only six spots per class, you get close attention, and you’re always challenged, even if you go twice a week.

I have done Pilates for several years now, but Project Pilates is definitely the best studio I have found so far. Hahn is a great instructor, knowledgeable, kind, with a really nice positive attitude. She tailors the workout based on your needs/experience. The fact that they only have a few people for each class is really helpful.
