Equipped with a Cadillac, Reformers, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chairs and Wall Mounted Towers and tons of props. We offer Private sessions, semi- private sessions, small group equipment classes ( Reformer & Chair) and group Mat classes (on-line) are available.
Because we believe no two bodies are alike,
classes are taught using a variety of sequences
and equipment catering to those in attendance.
We will continue to follow guidance from state officials and the CDC; and therefore masks are recommended but are not required for clients who are fully vaccinated. If you are not fully vaccinated, you should continue to wear a mask.

Pilates is not new, it has been around since the 1920’s when Joseph Pilates developed his system
of precise movements designed to strengthen
the core muscles and improve control and
flexibility throughout the body without building
bulk. The result - long, lean muscles, flat abs, better posture and movement. Pilates is great for muscle stamina, mental clarity and overall health, wellness, and awareness.
