Studio will open 5 minutes prior to class start time, please do not arrive before then.
Did you know?
If you late cancel a class and we are able to fill your spot, the late cancel will be removed and class credit is issued back to your account. This is to encourage you to cancel a reservation as soon as you know you can't make it so that someone else can book the spot.
Equipped with a Cadillac, Reformers, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chairs and Wall Mounted Towers and tons of props. We offer Private sessions, semi-private sessions, and small group equipment classes (Reformer, Chair & Wall Tower.) Our group classes are 1 instructor and up to 6 participants.
Because we believe no two bodies are alike,
classes are taught using a variety of sequences
and equipment catering to those in attendance.
We are transitioning to an optional mask policy, we do have clients that are or have family members that are immunocompromised and we want to be able to include them in our classes, so some classes may need a mask. Thank you for your understanding and support. (Policy updated 6.3.22)
What is Pilates?

Pilates is not new, it has been around since the 1920’s when Joseph Pilates developed his system
of precise movements designed to strengthen
the core muscles and improve control and
flexibility throughout the body without building
bulk. The result - long, lean muscles, flat abs, better posture and movement. Pilates is great for muscle stamina, mental clarity and overall health, wellness, and awareness.
