STUDIO POLICIES
All cancellations, including equipment classes, require a 24-hour notice. To cancel a scheduled appointment or class, please log into your Project Pilates account to make any changes.
Please note that a late cancellation may lead to the loss of your class from the package if we cannot fill your spot.
Arriving more than 5 minutes late will result in forfeiting your spot in a class as late arrivals can disrupt the class flow.
It's essential for new clients to arrive on time to fill out a consent form and check in with the instructor regarding any injuries or limitations.

Considering
GROUP CLASSES or PRIVATE SESSIONS?
Here’s our perspective...
If you're new to Pilates, or if you have injury, movement limitations, or are pre or post-natal, we suggest starting with a few private sessions.
During a private session, you and the instructor can explore modifications on various exercises that may be beneficial in a group setting.
However, private sessions aren't required if you are injury free.We also offer an Intro to Equipment class, which is a prerequisite beginner classes.
We understand everyone has different budgets, but if it's feasible for you, a private session is the ideal way to begin
