If you late cancel a class and we are able to fill your spot, the late cancel will be removed and class credit is issued back to your account. This is to encourage you to cancel a reservation as soon as you know you can't make it so that someone else can book the spot.

BOOKING POLICIES
All cancellations, including equipment classes, require a 24-hour notice. To cancel a scheduled appointment or class, please log into your account and make the change to your schedule. You may send an email with 48 hours notice if needed. (48 hours allows time for processing)
A Late Cancel will result in the loss of the class from the package.
Payment is required at the time of booking classes and/or sessions.
If you late cancel a class and we are able to fill your spot, the late cancel will be removed and class credit is issued back to your account. This is to encourage you to cancel a reservation as soon as you know you can't make it.
BOOKING A SESSION OR CLASS
If you have Pilates experience, are injury-free, and are interested in booking a one-on-one session or coming to a group class, you can reserve on-line.
If you are new to Pilates, have an injury (old or new), haven’t exercised in a while, have a special condition or need, are pregnant (2nd or 3rd trimester), or have recently given birth please contact us to book your initial session/class.
Please email the studio to book semi-private sessions. Semi-private sessions work best when your partner is at a similar fitness level.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIOR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP PRICING
Late Cancel / No Show - $10 charge
We have a strict 24hour cancellation policy. A client who "late cancels” (canceling less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled class) or “no shows” (does not attend a scheduled class) will be charged a $10 cancellation fee per missed class.. The exception to this policy is; if we are able to fill the said spot with a client who is on the wait-list there will not be a fee for the late cancel/no show. Our studio is small and all spots are needed for this system to work. Excessive late cancels or no shows will prevent future enrollment in the membership program.
*If we are unable to charge the late cancel fee to a credit card, an additional class will be deducted to cover the fee.
