New to Project Pilates?



There are two great ways to begin at Project Pilates: small group equipment classes or private instruction.


We’ll help you choose the right place to start.



Group Classes


   If the Pilates equipment (Reformer, Tower, Chair) are new to you:

      Start with our Intro to Equipment class: 

              Thursdays at 8:00 AM

              Sundays at 1:00 PM


  If you have taken only a few classes

      Start with our Basics for Beginners class!

      This class will help familiarize you with our equipment and refresh your memory.

   

  If you have experience (5 or more classes on Pilates equipment)

      Join us for a beginner-level group class and check with the instructor about the appropriate level for your next class.

      Pricing:

        A single group class is $38.50

        We offer a new client Intro Pack of 3 classes for $90

        (Additional discounts are available with 5, 10 or 20 class packages)

 

   If you have an injury, limited mobility, or are pregnant (past your first trimester) we require starting with a private session.


 Private Sessions

      Private sessions allow you to move at your own pace with one-on-one attention, making them a great option for 

      beginners.

      How to book:

        Sessions are by appointment and available when group classes are not scheduled. 

        You can check availability and book a session through our scheduler.

     

      Pricing

        Single session – $120

        Intro pack (3 private sessions) – $255

        (Additional discounts are available with 5, 10 or 20 class packages)

 

   Due to our 24-hour cancellation policy, sessions must be paid for in advance.

 

Semi-Private Sessions - Enjoy Pilates with a friend! 

     For Two or Three Participants - Scheduling with a Friend Required

     Semi-private sessions are best suited for individuals without injuries who are at a similar fitness level.

      How to book:

        Sessions are by appointment and can be scheduled when group classes are not in session.

       

  Pricing (for 2 people):

        Single session – $150

        Intro pack (3 semi-private sessions) – $360

       (Additional discounts are available with 5, 10 or 20 class packages)
